The hotel is very close to many restaurants. the location was ideal for exploring nearby shops, and regents park was a short walk. i found the bespoke experience amazing. It offered all the amenities one could need. rooms were clean and featured good showers, a very welcome sight!

The staff was friendly. Jojo assisted with my luggage and shopping, always greeting me with a smile. He spoke Spanish. The room itself was nice, clean, quiet, and cozy (I felt right at home).
The gym could benefit from having a few more updated machines.

I appreciated the hotel's central location, steps away from shops and dining (I found a lovely little Italian place just around the corner). The staff offered excellent service. Adrian, the Concierge, helped me plan an efficient sightseeing tour. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection. The coffee was some of the best I've had in a hotel.
The air conditioning seemed slightly weak. I did not find it cool enough, even when set to the lowest temperature.

The hotel brasserie offers a great menu and excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the fish of the day. Breakfast has an excellent buffet, including bespoke options and high-quality coffee. Gaetano at the brasserie delivered super service.
