a romantic getaway
nearby restaurants ideal location good showers
The hotel is very close to many restaurants. the location was ideal for exploring nearby shops, and regents park was a short walk. i found the bespoke experience amazing. It offered all the amenities one could need. rooms were clean and featured good showers, a very welcome sight!
the room i stayed in felt a little dark, mostly the corridors and lobby toilets

The staff was friendly. Jojo assisted with my luggage and shopping, always greeting me with a smile. He spoke Spanish. The room itself was nice, clean, quiet, and cozy (I felt right at home).
The gym could benefit from having a few more updated machines.

i enjoyed my short stay of three nights. the room was comfortable with a clean bathroom including two separate sinks. the staff was friendly (i especially appreciated the doorman!).

the gym included a pool, a plus. breakfast service by beata was a highlight. it made the start to each day cute and efficient. the hotel is very close to several sites and provides access to local shopping.
the hallways have narrow walls with grey fabric and the carpet looked mismatched.

The hotel gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The staff was very helpful, especially with directions and recommendations.

central location excellent service efficient sightseeing breakfast selection
I appreciated the hotel's central location, steps away from shops and dining (I found a lovely little Italian place just around the corner). The staff offered excellent service. Adrian, the Concierge, helped me plan an efficient sightseeing tour. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection. The coffee was some of the best I've had in a hotel.
The air conditioning seemed slightly weak. I did not find it cool enough, even when set to the lowest temperature.

The hotel brasserie offers a great menu and excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the fish of the day. Breakfast has an excellent buffet, including bespoke options and high-quality coffee. Gaetano at the brasserie delivered super service.

i found everyone cute. room service was great. much appreciation to saad for helping with transport. he was professional and kind.
the reception lobby felt a bit too dark for me, especially with children (it could use brighter spaces).
